Bio: Aria is the visionary leader behind Komodo Super Yacht and a board member of Juara Holding Group. With a career dedicated to perfecting the art of luxury hospitality, Aria saw the potential to elevate Indonesia’s maritime tourism to a world-class standard. He leverages his extensive network within Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) and the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) to ensure our operations are not only best-in-class but also culturally and regulatorily compliant. Aria’s passion lies in showcasing the authentic soul of Indonesia while delivering the flawless service expected by a global UHNW clientele.
Captain Budi Santoso
Head of Maritime Operations
Credentials: Master (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency, STCW Certified, 25 years as Captain on super yachts and expedition vessels, certified ISM & ISPS Auditor.
Bio: Captain Budi is the cornerstone of our safety and operational excellence. A native of Sulawesi, he has navigated the complex waters of the Indonesian archipelago his entire life. His technical expertise is matched only by his profound respect for the sea. Captain Budi personally oversees the recruitment and training of all our captains and crew, ensuring they meet the highest international maritime safety standards set by the IMO and the Indonesian Sea and Coast Guard (KPLP). He is our direct liaison with port authorities (KSOP) in Labuan Bajo, Bali, and beyond, ensuring smooth sailing for every Komodo super yacht charter.
Isabelle Dubois

Credentials: Certified Travel Associate (CTA), fluent in English, French, and Bahasa Indonesia, 15 years with UHNW family offices and luxury travel consultancies in Monaco and Singapore.
Bio: Isabelle is the architect of our clients’ dreams. Her role begins with the very first conversation, where she meticulously uncovers the unique preferences, desires, and expectations of each guest. With a background managing the complex travel logistics for some of the world’s most prominent families, Isabelle brings an unparalleled level of discretion and attention to detail. She works tirelessly to choreograph every element of the journey, from private jet coordination with operators like PremiAir to curating onboard art collections and securing world-renowned guest chefs. Her dedication ensures that every moment of the experience is personalized and unforgettable.

Sustainability & Conservation Advisor
Credentials: Ph.D. in Marine Biology from the University of Indonesia, former researcher with the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), published author on coral reef ecology.
Bio: Dr. Lestari guides our mission to be responsible stewards of the environments we explore. She developed our comprehensive sustainability framework, which includes our ‘no-touch’ diving protocols, reef-safe anchoring policies, and partnerships with organizations like the Komodo Survival Program and Coral Triangle Center. Rina conducts regular training for our crew and guides on marine conservation and local ecology, transforming them into ambassadors for the environment. Credentials: Certified HPI (Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia) Guide, PADI Divemaster, 18 years leading expeditions in Komodo, Flores, and Raja Ampat.
Bio: Gede is our connection to the heart and soul of the region. Born in a small village on the Flores coast, he possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of the local ecosystems, wildlife, and cultural traditions. He is not just a guide; he is a storyteller who brings the history of the archipelago to life. Gede personally vets all our local guides, ensuring they meet our standards of expertise, safety, and hospitality. He maintains our relationships with local communities, ensuring our visits are respectful, welcome, and provide tangible economic benefits.
